The Workshops of Everything is a network for you to showcase your organisation, discuss the work you do and present your artists to a wide international audience. If you wish, you can also offer artworks for sale via the website.
To join The Workshops of Everything, simply complete the form below (in English). Membership is free and we will contact you once your application has been approved. Members can upload images by artists and share information about their workshop and approach.

Welcome to workevery.com. By using this website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety please do not join this website.
The www.workevery.com website is provided solely for your personal and commercial use.
References in these Terms and Conditions to "we", "us" and "The Museum of Everything" are to The Museum of Everything, Registered in England, charity number #1138368, Registered Office: PO Box 6095, London, W1U 7EL.
1. Copyright Policy

As such, you are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any submissions you make to the website.
1.2 You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your use only and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. 2. Member account, password and security
Registering and using the The Workshops of Everything website may involve you setting up an account and giving a password. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and the password, and all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or password and any breach of security or misuse or suspected breach of security or misuse of the service, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session if you use a shared computer. The Museum of Everything cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Clause 11.
3. Content/Activity Prohibited
3.1 Please choose carefully the information you post on The Workshops of Everything website and that you provide to other users. You must not misuse the The Workshops of Everything website. You will not: send or otherwise post unauthorised commercial communications to users (such as spam); upload viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious code; corrupt data; cause annoyance to others users; post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence; use The Workshops of Everything website to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious or discriminatory; facilitate or encourage any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

3.3 The Museum of Everything community areas are subject to the following Community Area Rules:
- The Museum of Everything reserves the right to close user accounts if we believe a user is using proxy Internet Protocol addresses (IPs) as a method to hide the use of multiple accounts or to disrupt any of our services in any way. If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting the community we may take action against you and close your accounts.
- By submitting any material to us, you automatically grant The Museum of Everything a royalty-free, perpetual, exclusive right and license to use, modify, edit, adapt, publish, re-use, translate, distribute, perform and display such material in whole or part worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
- You acknowledge that we are not obliged to publish any material submitted by you.
- By submitting any material to us, you agree to use The Workshops of Everything website and Community areas in accordance with these Community Area Rules and website Terms and Conditions.
- If you fail to abide by these Community Area Rules you may be sent an email which informs you why your contribution has been refused or edited. This email will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your account or accounts. Action may include any content posted by you being checked before allowed to go on the site or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any or all of The Workshops of Everything website.
- The Museum of Everything reserves the right to edit or delete any contribution, or take action against any user account, at any time, for any reason.
- If you do not want to grant The Museum of Everything the permission set out above on these terms, please do not submit or share your contribution on the Community Area.
4. Liability and Indemnity
4.1 The Museum of Everything shall not be liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the material on this website or the conduct of other users of this website, even if The Museum of Everything has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4.2 The Workshops of Everything website may also contain links to other websites, which are not operated by The Museum of Everything. When you activate any of these you will leave the Workshops of Everything website and we have no control over, and will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of, the material on any website which is not under our control.
4.3 You agree to indemnify us and our agents and officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.
4.4 We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.
5. Comments and Complaint Procedure

6. Privacy and use of your data
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client's with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
8. Linking to Website
8.1 You must not establish a link to this website to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists or establish a link from any website that is not owned by you.
8.2 Our website must not be framed on any other site, and you may not create a link to any part of this website other than the home page.
9. Termination of Agreements and Cancellation of use
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway.
There is no cancellation fee incurred for the termination of use of The Workshops of Everything website.
You may choose to remove your details from The Workshops of Everything site at any given time.
The website is controlled and operated in the UK. Any terms and conditions concerning the usage of this website will be governed by the laws of England and any dispute concerning use of this website will be determined exclusively by the English Courts.
11.1 We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
11.2 We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

12. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and The Museum of Everything. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms and Conditions will only be effective if in writing and signed by a Director of The Museum of Everything.
